What is a Virtual
Signing?
A virtual signing is a way to get a personalized signed copy
of a book when you are unable to attend any real life signings. You will order
the book through this website, indicate how (recipient's given name) you would
like the book signed, and the author will sign and ship it out to you as soon
as possible.
Do you accept returns?
No returns accepted on personalized books. If there is a problem, please email me at virtualsignings@romancenovelpromotions.com
How soon can I expect
to receive my book(s) after I place and pay for my order?
Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed and an
additional 3-5 days for shipping.
What are the
available shipping methods?
This varies per author and will be stated on each author's signing.
I received my book,
but it’s damaged! What can you do for me?
You will need to email me at virtualsignings@romancenovelpromotions.com.
I will then be in contact with the author and we will do our best to solve the
issue. We are not responsible for damage due to shipping.
Do you accept Paypal,
money orders, or personal checks?
We only accept Paypal but via Paypal you can use a credit
card for payment.
What can get I written
inside my book?
The authors do not have a lot of time and they are taking
time out of their writing schedule to provide this service to you. Therefore,
they are only able to sign the books to a single name with a short phrase Ex:
Happy Birthday…. Please be considerate when choosing what you want the author
to write.
Can I email you to
change my shipping option, address, or quantity ordered?
If you find an error that may jeopardize proper delivery of
your order, please e-mail me at virtualsignings@romancenovelpromotions.com
IMMEDIATELY. If the virtual signing has not closed and the order has not
shipped we will do our best to get any changes made.
